Common Questions
Why do you only accept crypto?
Credit cards, PayPal, and Alipay all require KYC (Know Your Customer) identity data. By accepting only decentralized cryptocurrency, your real-world identity is never linked to your VPN usage. Privacy is the whole point.
Will using cryptocurrency affect my bank account?
No. Cryptocurrency transactions and everyday banking services operate separately. Using cryptocurrency does not affect services such as HSBC, Citibank, or Bank of America.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Our system identifies your order by a unique micro-decimal amount (e.g. 3.499182 USDT). Send the exact figure shown at checkout. If you change it, the system won't match your payment and your link won't be generated automatically.
My transaction failed — "insufficient funds for gas"?
This means you don't have enough BNB in your wallet to cover the BNB Smart Chain network fee. USDT pays for the VPN, but BNB pays the gas. Keep about $1–2 of BNB in your wallet before paying.
What is a recovery phrase (seed phrase)?
A recovery phrase is the master key to your crypto wallet. Anyone who has it can access your funds. Store it offline and never share it.
